Great value

The staff was very welcoming and cheerful and the pool had a great view. A good place for families and kids. I requested a room with a great view and they were happy to provide one

The housekeeping service can be improved. Sometimes you have to call more than once to attend to you. Rooms are not soundproof; you can clearly hear people passing by or talking in the hallway from inside your room. The odor of my room was a bit musty; probably comes from the central AC which i didn't like

Very Good

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the metro. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good except for the bread which I didn’t think was made in house.

I found the air conditioning in my room too loud and not easy to operate.

Good for a few days

The bed was super comfy and the room was very cozy. The hotel has a swimming pool on the terrace which is quite nice to relax by. The hotel itself is approx 7mins in a taxi from the corniche and many malls.

It wasn’t the cleanest room and although I asked to have a non smoking room, the hallway had a horrible cigarette smell and my bathroom also which tells me the room next to mine had smokers inside. The housekeeping staff are very sweet but didn’t need to knock at my room twice to ask if I was happy with the stock of shower gel they provided.

Classical royal designs with some of not effective ACs

Classical rooms designs which are so gorgeous to me

The first room was so hot that I started sweating after two minutes of staying. The AC wasn't effective. I called the room service and they sent someone to clean the AC filters. However, I asked them to change the room as I won't wait for the technician to fix the AC. They happily accepted my request and sent me to another better view room with better AC condition.

Great value for money! Wonderful hotel

The whole hotel was so comfortable. It's beautiful. Rooms are well designed and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good with many options. The swimming pool on the rooftop has sun all day and great views of the city. The gym is really well equipped for a hotel gym! The spa facilities are great and relaxing. I booked this hotel to relax over the weekend and I got exactly what I wanted. I would totally recommend it! Also, every staff member I met was extremely friendly and polite. Amazing staff, really. It's super good value for money

The wifi signal was really bad and unstable. It is a bit excentraded from the city center, but with Uber you get everywhere in no time ( souq waqif = 10min, 3$ - festival city 15min, 10$ - airport, 25min, 15$)

Great Place to Stay

Luxurious lobby, Staff are awesome from reception to housekeeping. Bed is so comfortable and clean. The bathroom is amazing with the touch of gold.

No slippers & hygiene set was set up in our room. Desk lamp bulb is defective (blinking) but I managed to fix it. The carpet around the bed need to clean as it has a funny smell (mixed of cigarettes & dumped smell).

The hotel provided me and my Dad a comfortable staycation.

Location is good. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious and clean. Pool has good heating. Wi-fi is fast. Breakfast has lots of choices. Check-in took only 5mins, and check-out maybe 2secs.

Taste of food is so-so. Rooftop pool isn’t so big.

Our stay in Warwick was perfect!

Our stay in Warwick was perfect! We got pleasant presents for the honeymoon: first of all we got a room upgrade, than found a honeymoon cake in the room and then were feasted with fruits and chocolate. The next day after check-out and missing our flight in the airport I asked if we could come back and sleep few more hours :)) Surprisingly we were let in and even got late check-out for free!! It was my best stay in hotel ever, and most hospitable staff.

I made for my husband Surprise and I invite some friends and they told me you are not allowed to bring people inside and they told me to take them out the hotel it was around 8:30 pm and they keep calling me in the phone and told me some people saw people coming to my room and they complain I always do birthday in hotels but they never told me you are not allowed.because kind of changing mood but I don’t like this hotel because they distracted us and the Knock my room door .

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Big rooms and comfortable beds, everything we needed was there (maybe except microwave oven). The fridge was empty, but it is too small to put a medium plate in there. Room service every day and there's a convenient way with toogler to claim "please make up the room/not disturb"

Windows don't open. Sometimes there was smell of smoke in the room and you have to deal with it. Breakfast was good but similar from day to day. Also the choice of hot meals was relatively poor. No barbell in a gym however machines could replace it in some cases.

Big comfy bed. Nice swimming pool at the roof top.

Small room. Not possible to navigate A/C fan. A bit far from the city center. Staff could be nicer and more helpful.
